Picnic & Day Use Reservations

Notice of Fee Increase

Fees for group picnic sites will change on March 1st, 2025. Reservations made before March 1st, 2025, are not affected as long as no changes are requested. Any changes made to a reservation after March 1st will be subject to the newly implemented fees. Group picnic site fees will increase by 10%. Also starting March 1st, 2025, Peak season group picnic site fees, Monday through Friday, will reflect the off-peak season fee rate (Holidays are excluded).

Picnic	Up to 6 months in advance of event date.	No less than 1 calendar day prior to reservation date.
Camping	Up to 6 months in advance of arrival date.	No less than 1 calendar day prior to departure date.
Wedding/NPO Youth Org.	Up to 1 year in advance of event date.	No less than 1 calendar day prior to event date.

Cancellation - Over 30 days to the arrival date.	90% refunded of original transaction fee.
Cancellation - Between 30 and 4 days to the arrival date.	75% refunded of original transaction fee.
Cancellation - less than 4 days to the arrival date.	No refunds.
First transfer requested more than 30 days to the arrival date.	One time courtesy, no fee.
Subsequent transfers requested more than 30 days to the arrival date.	10% of original transaction fee.
Transfers requested between 30 and 4 days to the arrival date.	25% of original transaction fee.
Transfer - less than 4 days to the arrival date.	100% of original transaction fee.
